At Phoenix Yacht Club, we are dedicated to coastal and offshore sailing. The club owns two superb yachts, a Sadler Starlight 39 - 'Spellbinder of Wytch' and 'Firebird',a brand new Elan 340. Both yachts are based in Portsmouth Harbour which gives easy access to the Solent and the English Channel. ![]() As a club, we cater for a wide range of members' requirements. The boats are available for both weekday and weekend sailing, for cruising, racing or training, at very reasonable rates (see our FAQ page to see how easy it is to come sailing with Phoenix). The sailing skills of our members range from Yachtmaster (Ocean) to absolute beginners, so no one is left out and all are made to feel very welcome. Members of the club have participated in races such as 'Round the Island', Cowes Week and the Fastnet Race in our yachts, so there are plenty of opportunities to broaden your sailing experience. New members are always welcome so, if you interested in joining, please contact our Membership Secretary at membership@phoenixyachtclub.co.uk.
